A Consistent Pattern Holds

Useful Professional Content Travels

AO Membership led the supplied Instagram and TikTok content and the detailed LinkedIn post impressions. Fixation-failure explanations drew substantial Facebook discussion.

A Clinical Peer Audience

Men form 70.9%–86.4% of the supplied Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube audiences. LinkedIn content reached a 52% Senior audience; its follower audience is 56% Senior.

Search and Feed Play Different Roles

YouTube Search supplied 57.6% of Shorts discovery. TikTok’s separate Aug 29–Sep 4 snapshot shows 53.2% For You and 41.6% Search.

What We Need To Improve

1. Build on High-Value Education

AO Membership generated 311 saves and 223 shares on Instagram; fixation and implant topics drew strong Facebook discussion.

Focus: Develop related explanations around recurring professional questions.

2. Turn Growth Into Relevant Action

Facebook recorded 48 messaging conversations, while Facebook and Instagram both recorded zero link clicks.

Focus: Use a clear next step for relevant content and track conversations and link activity separately.

3. Improve TikTok Completion

The two detailed video records show full-watch rates of 5.85% and 2.53%.

Focus: Test a faster opening and a shorter route to the answer, comparing videos on matching time windows.

4. Extend LinkedIn Discovery

Impressions fell 25%, while followers rose 40%. Out-of-network delivery was 25%.

Focus: Continue relevant clinical discussion and compare which posts reach beyond the existing network.

What We’re Changing

  • Build follow-ups to the strongest professional-resource and clinical-education topics.
  • Connect relevant posts to a clear next step.
  • Track video retention and subscriber gains alongside views.
  • Keep reporting periods, follower demographics and content audiences distinct.

Next Step Recommendations

  1. Review Facebook comments to identify recurring educational questions.
  2. Compare Instagram saves and shares by topic.
  3. Test shorter TikTok openings against full-watch rates.
  4. Track LinkedIn out-of-network impressions and engagement by topic.
  5. Measure YouTube search-led discovery and subscriber gains by format.
